Main Ingredients: 

Skin: Corn starch, Wheat starch/flour, water

Filling: Pork, Jicama (commonly known as Mexican Yam or Mexican Turnip), radish, peanuts, chives, coriander

Key taste points:

Skin – slightly chewy translucent skin, skin shouldn’t be excessively thick.

Filling –  crunchy texture (from the Jicama, radish and peanuts).
